At Procure Solutions LLC, we specialize in facilitating procurement services on behalf of our clients. Please note that we do not manufacture, warehouse, or ship any physical goods. Our role is strictly limited to supporting clients in identifying and coordinating with suppliers, negotiating terms, and providing sourcing recommendations.
❗ Important Notice – Limited Service Liability
Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products procured through third-party suppliers. Final decisions regarding product selection, vendor approval, and purchase authorization are the sole responsibility of the client.
By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
Procure Solutions LLC acts solely as a procurement facilitator and is not liable for the quality, performance, delivery, or compliance of goods supplied by third parties.
Any disputes, damages, returns, or quality issues must be resolved directly between the client and the supplier.
All payments for procurement services are final and non-refundable once supplier engagement has commenced or a vendor introduction has been made.

We are happy to support our clients in communicating with suppliers in the event of delivery or quality issues, but this support is advisory only and does not transfer liability.
If you believe there has been an error in how we delivered our procurement service (e.g., a miscommunication or administrative mistake), please contact us within 3 business days of the issue arising at procure81.us@gmail.com or 727-655-0285, and we will review the matter in good faith.
