📝 Shipping Responsibility
All shipments are handled directly by the supplier or manufacturer selected by the client. While we facilitate communication and order placement, we are not responsible for logistics, delivery delays, lost shipments, or damages in transit.
📦 What We Support
We will coordinate with the supplier to confirm order dispatch, estimated delivery times, and tracking numbers where available.
Upon request, we will assist in relaying inquiries or concerns to the supplier regarding shipment status.
Clients will receive all tracking and shipping updates directly from the supplier, or relayed via our team.
🚫 Limitations
We do not control shipping methods, timelines, or carriers used by suppliers.
We are not liable for international customs issues, duties, taxes, or import delays.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for delays, losses, or damage occurring during transit.
🛑 Restricted Shipments
Some suppliers may not ship to certain regions or P.O. Boxes. We will advise you at the time of order if the selected supplier has shipping restrictions.
📩 If There’s an Issue
If you encounter any problems with shipping or delivery, we are happy to support communication with the supplier but remind clients that final responsibility lies with the vendor.
